For these offsets there is another issue known to me. However as all other benchmarks are correct I doubt it applies. But you might check. Start GT from console. If it is not you have one of that few peculiar Qt installations that interfere with Proj4. I never found out what's happening exactly, but I guess QApplication messes up some path for Proj4. They all look bad and are hard to edit. Joomla seems to have some Wiki stuff too, but I had no time check. Next to a FAQ a page collecting tips and tricks for the GDAL tools on how to prepare raster map, SRTM and other for the use with QLandkarte would be fine, too.
