The layer's name is '0'... The attached file gives images for me, but the aspect ratio seems to be plain wrong. I guess you have to play with the SizeX and SizeY settings to get it right. I'll post my dumb perl script to generate such xml files later, maybe it's helpful... Best, Albrecht.
