yes, be patient. ORS is no commercial 99.999% availability service. It's a 
server at the University of Heidelberg and part of their research. Thus it's 
down quite frequently. A good test is their own homepage. If that can't 
calculate routes, QLGT won't either. I just tested. It's down right now.
