more or less foolproof. Therefore (your!) feedback is heavily 
appreciated for improving the instructions.

Until now, the only person besides me who I am aware of compiling QLGT 
for Windows is Oliver himself. He didn't complain about the instructions 
but I doubt the he is really a representative user in taht respect. I 
have no idea whether there are millions of others luckily compiling 
theirselves or just nobody. So raise your hands!
