Hi Peter, thanks again

I was just standing in wrong directory when running command :/
I have my map now :)

There are few inaccurate/outdated information on wiki page btw.
When splitting file:
$java -Xmx1024m -jar splitter.jar --max-nodes=900000 great_britain.osm
you must add this option now --output=xml
$java -Xmx1024m -jar splitter.jar --max-nodes=900000 --output=xml *.osm

and directory was garmin not Garmin on my device.

When combining img files to Garmin map I used 0 for NNN, because I don't know
family id for my device.
java -Xmx1024m -jar mkgmap.jar --gmapsupp --family-id=NNN *.img cyclemap.TYP

Do you know what is family-id for garmin 78s ?

I can't load this map to qlandkarteqt ... having this message here:
Failed to load file:
Failed to open: /home/mira/cyclemap-sa/00000000.img
However, if the basemap is still old format I am able to let you select the map
tiles for upload

And map is not displayed in qlandkarteqt

regards

mira
