Hi, I have a Garmin GPSMap 60CSx directly connected to the notebook. Im using the garmin driver. Up/download of waypoints/tracks/routes etc works well.
When I start the live log, then QLGT just freezes. The GPS device has a fix and is working well. I'm on OpenBSD, and I thought it could be a problem with the waitForFinished() I reported some time ago with regard to gpsbabel. So I changed it in all places to waitForFinished(-1) and recompiled, but that did not helped. When I open the LiveLog View, then I see "GPS off", even if it is connected and running. But after looking at CLiveLogDB.cpp, where I found the "GPS off" I think that's normal, as long as the live log is not started. When I then start the live log, QLGT just freezes and needs to be killed. On the console I see a "start thread" appearing when I click the start button.
