I am not sure if that does not collide with one of my latest changes. That is:

* if the last waypoint name had no digit at the end the next new waypoint will 
open the edit dialog
* if the last waypoint name had a digit at the end the next new waypoint will 
be set without the edit dialog
* if the user changed the waypoint name to a name with digit at the end the 
next new waypoint will be set without the edit dialog
* if the user changed the waypoint name to a name without digit at the end the 
next new waypoint will open the edit dialog

That is bad, because it will cause trouble in the merge. What is the bad 
dependency. Maybe we can work around.
