Hi, just installed QLandkarte GT on OS X. Wanted to create a cycling map of a region in Germany.
First I updated the settings: Device&Xfer, Garmin, EtrexVistaHCx and left the serial port blank since the device is connected over USB. Tested that QLandkarte can see the device, it did find the tracks stored on the GPS. Next I went to maps, chose Stream, OpenCycleMap. Then I did Select Sub Map and highlighted the region. It is listed and selected in the Selected Maps panel. Then choosing Upload, nothing happens. I can also choose from menu Map, Upload, again it has no effect.
