Hi it's the right place to ask :)
When QLGT complains that the projection is not matching it offers you the choice to override the mismatch detection and to proceed. It's exactly because of that case. I haven't found a solution to store that funny Google World Mercator projection in a file. And I haven't found a real problem so far if you skip it. However it is told to use that funny projection for TMS maps. Thus I keep it until I have found a proper solution for that problem. Anyway, just ignore the warning an go on. Verify the result and if it is ok just accept it as is.
