Hi,

I just committed some code to convert the UTC timestamps from tracks and
waypoints into the real time based on the timezone the track (start
point) or waypoint are located.

Before the change the timezone of your operating system was used. That
is fine for recordings around your home. However for tracks and points
recorded abroad in an other timezone the displayed time will be wrong.

With the new changes the time should be always the local time of the
track/waypoint. But I am not sure if I did it right. And I have no nice
example track from another timezone with a known time to compare.

Probably you have and thus I would appreciate if you could test the new
feature before I release a bug that will stay for weeks as new release.
I hope Helmut can role a new binary for windows quickly and the Linux
crew has to compile.

Thanks for testing

Oliver
