Hi,

I have searched the mailing list and v1.5.2 seems where importing images
and correlating with track was introduced in polished form.

Oliver's announcement was followed by Jose noting that he got it to work
by installing the EXIF library development package. so, now trying this
with v1.7 from Debian, on Ubuntu 13.04 with libexif-dev installed.

I get the images loaded into the selection box but the time-offset or
location entry boxes remain greyed out. QlandkarteGT also is not able to
parse the jpeg exif time-stamp as it fails to associate a lat long from
a track (valid time/date stamps and lat/long). (For what it's worth
images and track correlation worked with GpsPrune. I like Qlandkartegt
better...)

Is this simply a compilation issue?

Thanks if you will....

Royden
