Well at a zoom factor of 131072 I would expect what I wrote. A blank map. But you can right click on the map in the lefthand list and select reload map. This should flush the cache and request the tiles once again.
I would go down to a zoom factor of 4 or 8, than use the online search to find a known town. And than I would do the reload. It is possible that a firewall blocks the download of tiles, or that your IP address or domain is blocked by the TMS server because it was previously used for abuse.
