Hi, a quick update before I start with item serialization. An important step towards the database. It's not much, but the features are quite practical.
Probably you have missed searching for locations as much as I did. Here we go again, with the Google search. There is a new menu "Project". And as the search is like a project, you can activate it in the menu. As promised I added support for TMS maps. The *.tms definition files for QLandkarte GT should work with QMapShack, too. This will give you Bing and Google satellite maps, as well as the complete circus of OSM based maps. And I completed the track/area editing with snap to line. As in QMapShack several vector maps can overlay each other the result can be a bit peculiar. Always the first match is taken. The list is parsed from the top most item to the last active map.
