The 1001 different ways to define a map :P It's nice that everyone is allowed
to pamper his own child. The
offending line is:

<ows:SupportedCRS>http://www.opengis.net/def/crs/OGC/1.3/CRS84</ows:SupportedCRS>

I am not sure if that is a valid way to define a projection. Anyway this should
be the same as

<ows:SupportedCRS>EPSG:4326</ows:SupportedCRS>

With that the map will load but it will not show. I can't tell if there is
still a bug concerning long/lat projection
or if there is a bug in the capability sheet. The sheet is a bit chaotic for my
taste. Thus either it challenges
the WMTS specification to a limit or it's just out of spec.

I am quite busy with internal stuff, change history of items, going back in
change history, serialization of
items. Thus could you have a look what's going wrong? It's stepping thru the
code and trying to understand
whats happening with that file. Sounds worse than it actually is.
