Hi,
1) mark the area you want to use with: Map...(F1)->Select Sub Map(F5).
2) Use the mouse to span an area.
3) On the left side there is a list with "Selected Maps". Select the entry and
press "Export Map".
4) Read and understand what is written on top of the dialog.
5) The "Levels to export" will be the same as "Zoomlevel" on the map.
6) You have to copy the resulting map file into the matching folder on your
device
Recordings are never linked to a map. You can open the GPX files on your device
directly with QLGT. Or you
select "Garmin Mass Storage" as "GPS Device" and use the "Upload" / "Download"
to exchange data.
