Yes, only the per mouse click created points are saved. May be that's normal and a GPS unit or a routing software, QMS too, should recalculate the loaded route. A created track doesn't show this behaviour. BTW, changing the profil impacts the created points, but isn't a full recalculation. A created track doesn't show this behaviour.
