If I understood right, using a MySQL database requires a dedicated database for 
QMS. As most low budget hosting offers limit the number of databases users may 
not have a database available for QMS. One way to avoid this situation is to 
use 
an existing database and add a prefix to table names. This is a proven method 
used by CMS like Drupal and many other applications. It would be nice if QMS 
offered this possibility in the future.
