When trying to create a new track or route in QMS I came across the following problems:
- I tried to create a track on an overlay map. In one map there was routing information in the other one not. Thus I wanted to change the routing type in the middle of the track creation process. I see the respective icons but I can't click them without stopping the track creation. I found the answer to this problem in the Wiki: Don't use the icons, press CTRL-O, Ctrl-A, ... instead. Would it be possible to add a FAQ page to the Wiki where it is possible to collect questions of this type and the answers to them? - When trying to create a track I often get a message window with the German text "Es gibt keine Straße in der Nähe des zu plazierenden Wegpunktes" (my version is German!). The selected point is clearly positioned on a road, even a "main" one (Bundesstraße). The square of the track point covers completely the displayed "road line". The map scale is selected in such a way that I can see a rather big region. When moving the mouse to a different position without clicking it again and again this warning appears. Is it possible to describe the criterion for the warning to appear or are there some recommendations (for instance about the scale) to avoid this warning? Thank you.
