You have to use offline maps. Either Garmin vector maps or if you prefer
the Mapnik look and feel you can use the GEMF format. The later is more
or less a complete tile cache of an area. Afaik Mobac can create GEMF
from a locally stored OSM database. So no need to leech a tile server.
