@Rainer, @kiozen:

The Bitbucket Markdown definition/description known to me doesn't
provide a link mechanism to locations within a Wiki page. As a
consequence some HTML-style in-page links found in the QMS Wiki don't
work. On the other hand such links are created automatically from TOC
entries of a MD wiki page when its HTML page is created.

In the Bitbucket Wiki HTML this looks like

<li><a
href="#markdown-header-which-hotkeys-are-available-in-qmapshack">Which
hotkeys are available in QMapShack?</a></li>
...
<h2 id="markdown-header-which-hotkeys-are-available-in-qmapshack">Which
hotkeys are available in QMapShack?</h2>

Using Rainer Woitok's make.sh HTML mechanism this looks like

<li><a href="#which-hotkeys-are-available-in-qmapshack">Which hotkeys
are available in QMapShack?</a></li>
...
<h2 id="which-hotkeys-are-available-in-qmapshack">Which hotkeys are
available in QMapShack?</h2>

Both of these conversions of MD to HTML would allow in-page links in a
MD page - but the conversions are different.

I am not sure if the Bitbucket conversion is the same for all people
looking on a Wiki page. If so, would it be possible to define with the
help of an adjusted make.sh a rule how to define in-page links to a
header line in a MD file of the QMS Wiki?
