Thanks Helmut,

I upated all subrepos with the main one, anyway, to keep track with qmaptool 
development.


Concerning the OS X package for 1.11.: Ivo is currently far far away from his 
Mac and can't finish the release binary. It will be delayed by one or two 
weeks. So please be patient. Especially as I removed the 1.10 binary by 
accident and do not have a copy to replace it.
