April 25.th I pulled QMapShack[V_1.17.1]-x86_64_Ubuntu-22.04.AppImage
from you git repo and since then used it successfully on Debian stable.

Yesterday, while installing another machine (same OS, pretty identical
installation, just way better hardware) I pulled the appimage again, but
that one consitently crashes on configuring brouter online - local
installation.
I guess, its due to the recent development.0, 2024-06-05 builds. Would
that have been to be expected?
As a side note: The appimage files are named identical. May I suggest to
include the QMapShack version (1.17.1) and an appimage version into the
filename?

Fedora 40 and Ubuntu 24.04 are meanwhile released.
So it's worth to offer some fresh QMapShack.AppImages.

There is a new QMS Version V_1.17.1 with some new features and bug
fixes in the QMS development branch.
So it's worth to issue some fresh QMapShack.AppImages based on
the latest QMS commits.
