create an (LDAP-)user with [EMAIL PROTECTED] (mailalternateaddress

in this accounts homedir put a .qmail-default containing

|/var/qmail/bin/preline /var/qmail/forward $[EMAIL PROTECTED]

That's it. You can leave preline, but I feel better with it - adds a
Delivered-To: line.
