Unable_to_run_qmail-remote

Hello,

  I have applied the patch qmail-ldap-1.03-20010501 and
qmail-ldap_control_20010502, but I cannot send remote mail, 
 delivery 1: failure: Unable_to_run_qmail-remote.

My System:
   RedHat 6.2
   Qmail 1.03  + qmail-ldap-1.03-20010501 + qmail-ldap_control_20010502
