As far as I know there is a bug in 20010501 that causes the catchall
functionality not to work. My experience with this is that it works with
an OpenLDAP 1.2.11 but not with 2.0.8. I had it working with my old LDAP
server and it broke when I upgraded... According to the mailnglist
archive there is a fix on the way for 20010601, but it hasn't been
released yet.
