the debian-src package contains the unmodified qmail source, as well as
a patch to be applied onto the qmail source.
the patch is mostly the debian subdirectory; but it contains one or two
fixes inside the qmail source.
these do conflict with qmail-ldap, as they are included in both.
But these conflicts were easy to work out, just check the .rej files,
make sure that the changes were already incorporated, and you're fine.

But that brings up back to the point we're at all the time:
we need a big-everything-included patch... :-(
perhaps put that patch under cvs? ;)
