ldap crashes

Sometimes qmail just stops working, when I look at the logs of qmail i see that
ldap is the one that stops.
This occurs at random sometimes our mail system works well for a week, sometimes
it happens 3-4times on one day.
There isn't a specific errorcode in the logs so i don't have a clue, maybo
someone knows what it could be.
