Ooops, qmail-ldap doesn't set QMAILQUOTA env var on IMAP login, only on
delviery :(( So if user logs in via IMAP before first delivery, there's no
way to enforse quota. 

As in qmail-dirmaker quota info is not available, it will need additional
ldap query :|
