See the TLS Documentation, there is some test email address you can use
for testing TLS. Don't ask me for details, i didn't get TLS to work
perfectly with 20010501, i always got bounces with an empty error
message, although the mail was successfully delivered (encrypted).
I didn't check 20010801, i'm SICK of patching qmail to get it useable.
