If this is really all, pls check the output of /var/qmail/bin/qmail-qstat
and qmail-qread. It will most likely show messages in the queue. if not, you
log excerpt above isn't complete. If yes, qmail-ldap can't connect to your
ldapserver and you want to check ldapserver, ldaplogin and ldappassword at
least.
