Just like using an add on such as vmailmgr or vpopmail, qmail-ldap does
support virtual domains in the sense that all that need be done is a unique
username for each user should be created. In the case of vmailmgr the
username takes the form: [EMAIL PROTECTED] In short we just create each
user with the full username. For Netscape the format that has to be used is
somewhat different ie. virtualuser-myname.

So isn't it satisfactory for each user to have a unique pop3/imap username.

However, qmail virtual domains allow mail sent to the domain to be directed
to a virtual domain account. The virtual domain account can support more
then
one domain which would be extremely usefull in qmail-ldap.

Support for alias-domains which will forward all registered accounts to the
equal account in another domain would be great. Changes in the aliased
domain
will be automatically replicated to the alias domain.

Is there a way to do this currently or are any ideas floating around on how
to
implement this?
