Are only mails with attachements causeing trouble?
Have you tested to set up a stock qmail box and send the bad mail to this
bux?

IMO it is not possible in qmail/qmail-ldap to cause such problems because
in qmail remote every "\n" is replaced by a "\r\n". You are also the first
that seems to have a problem so it seems that something else is
interfering with your qmail-ldap setup (firewall, virus scanner, mua or
whatever).
I do not have problems to send mails with attachements to yahoo.
