I don't know how much of this is availible in the standard QmailLDAP
patch. I had to do some modifications to the source(s) to get this
to work.
That stuff is in the QmailLDAP/Controls patch. It MIGHT be possible
to compile the source with '-DSECUREBIND_SSL' and/or '-DSECUREBIND_TLS'
(AFTER patching the source with my patch as well as the QmailLDAP one!).
