it's based on a simple observation. many spam mails have two things in common:
-they us a sender adress from a big freemail system
-they are send from hosts without reverse DNS.

thus, you add the big freemailers to the badmailfrom-unknown file and get
rid of some spam.
this was initially done by maex for qmail, I ported it to qmail-ldap and
Claudoi was so kind to integrate it.
my badmail-from unknown file is basically what maex already uses and
publishes:
