I have added the mailAlternateAddress & it didn't help. I did not change the
catchall address so I used that.
I also created a alias mailaddress for some of my users -
[EMAIL PROTECTED] That worked fine. I tried copying the list .qmail
files to /var/qmail/alias & that didn't help. It refuses to send mail to the
list user unless there is a Maildir structure in the users mail directory.
Ideas anyone?

you also need to have a catcahll address for the mailing list i.e.
mailalternateaddress :  [EMAIL PROTECTED] (the catchall is
whatever you set in qmail before compilation, if you haven't done that
then it is catchall)
