Setting was /var/qmail/auth_pop instead of /var/qmail/bin/auth_pop

error in server configuration means that your server configuration has a
problem. In most cases this is because auth_pop could not be started
(normaly a bad path on the commandline, check your startup file).
Another possibility is that auth_pop could not init the ldap connection.
For that case a LOGLEVEL of 255 can help.
