I have a customer who can not receive mail but can pop.. I'm at a loss..
any ideas?
here's the bounce message:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
Sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.1.1)

uid is set to "shannon" and
mail is set to: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

She can login to webmail/pop3 but can't receive mail...  what in the
world?
