I'm a bit late but anyway.... The automatic_homedir error is comming from qmail-lspawn so it should also affect non group setups (at least that's what I currently think). This is definitifly the wrong error message. Now I need some more info to track down the code path. 1) Is dirmaker enabled and does it work for other accounts? 2) was the full ldap entry denied by the ACL settings or just parts of it? 3) localdelivery on or off? 4) does a testlist account exist (in case of localdelivery?) 5) does ~alias exist? 6) Can you set the LOGLEVEL to a high value (255) and post that output. -- :wq Claudio
