Is this possible to deliver messages without the moderator approval!? I
really don't want to wait for a moderator action before to send the
message to that group...

P.S.: I'm getting this error at the group(financial) creation time:
ldap_add: Undefined attribute type (17)
        additional info: rfc822moderator: attribute type undefined
