But still, I don't know why and how the Qmail sends the sends the bounced mail( Unknown user's) to valid users?

Double bounces that return to valid users are behaving as expected. A bounce message that can not be delivered is treated as any other delivery that can not be delivered; the postmaster is notified. To reduce the number of doublebounces that cause these problems, enable the options as suggested.
