You can use the "ContentFilter path" I posted on the list 
(http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=qmail-ldap&m=107736655318382)

It's a tool like maildrop or procmail but integrated into qmail-ldap so the 
deliveries are made by qmail-local (which checks quota) and the configuration 
is set with a ldap field "ContentFilter" (no config files).
