tcpserver question

Hello everybody,   I have seen this error on my tcpserver pop3 logs :   “tcpserver: warning: dropping connection, unable to write to network: connection reset”   Could you tell me the sense of this message.   I think it’s a bogus outlook express email client.   Thanks.
