hmmm. interesting. more than one mail attributes works fine for normal mail delivery and in group condition ( without filtermember attr. ) .

Not sure it's the cause of you problem, but mail is expected to be a
single-valued attribute.
You should not have two mail values in one user entry:

One of them needs to be mailalternateadress instead.
