I don't think this is necessary as smtproutes is reread for every
delivery.  Only qmail-remote reads this file and qmail-remote delivers
just one mail. So no need to HUP or restart qmail.

The latest version of the patch is 20040801 and since then I did not have
time to do anything in qmail-ldap. Currently I'm seeking for some spare
time to work on it (especially qmail-group needs some work).
