Bye a web server sectificate and run Webmain via HTTPS instead 
of HTTP.

Use one of yours DMZ Ips and set up proper DNS MX record.

Then configure DMZ firewall NAT on that IP to point to yours
Main server local network IP.

Enable only SMTP-AUTH for sending mail, And SSL IMAP for 
reading it (optional) since you have Webmail.
