Hello again, I still couldn't succeeded this case. I observed automatic reply's header, and i couldn't see any encoding field. But the system admin (who hadn't leave any doc) who installed qmail on our system did some tricks. All automatic reply's have a default subject and a default From. I grep'ped all the codes, and the control dir but couldn't find where this guy put that info.
In qmail, is there any way to specify a default header for all autoreply mails? And if yes, where i can find it? Thanks a lot for your helps -----Original Message----- From: Murat MÄÄdÄsoÄlu [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, April 07, 2005 11:16 AM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: ldap national characters problem Ä saved my test.txt(mailReplyText:< file:///test.txt) utf-8 encoded and retried. This time, i successfully modified ldap(mailReplyText:: 77u/dGVzdMWf) but what i receive form xxx user is: ÃÂÂtestÃÅ so, now i must add an utf-8 encoding header to all autoreply mails. I've read we can use %HEADER% special key for that kind of problems. I've updated my test.txt like %HEADER% Content-Transfer-Encoding: "UTF8\n" ***Non us-ascii reply text*** But now, i received a reply mail in which %HEADER% magic word isn't interpreted.
