ldapadd problem

i got my qmail-ldap + courier-imap working now, thanks for the help 
guys, my problem is adding users :(, i tried the sample ldif file in 
lifewithqmail.org/ldap but i got an error which says

ldapadd: no attributes to change or add
what does this mean.
