check tcpserver startup scripts.
If you use startup scripts supplied by qmail-ldap (/var/qmail/boot), check
${CONCURRENCY:+"-c$CONCURRENCY"} ${BACKLOG:+"-b$BACKLOG"} 0 smtp \
line in /var/qmail/boot/qmail-smtpd/run
Use your IP address instead of zero.
