I have qmail-ldap installed with qmail-scanner,clamav,spamassassin.
I have 2 different problems that have to do with incoming messages arriving
twice:
1. when sending a message to 2 addresses , where the first is specified in
the mailForwardingAddress of the second,
the mail arrives twice. Is this a normal behaviour? I guess it is, I just
want to make sure, and find out if there's
a way to fix this.
2. When the server is overloaded (due to spamassassin hogging all resources)
all messages will be received twice, or even 3and 4 times.
I think this is becuse qmail-scanner takes alot of time, so the remote
server gives up and tries again.
What I did was to lower the smtp concurency to 10, and limit the spamc
timeout to 10 seconds.
An I on the right track? Any suggestions?
