The first has mostly nothing to do with the second. dotmode deliveries are used for local passwd users and the .qmail-default makes a lot of sense. For users defined in ldap using dotmode is a bit strange and that's why catchall and dotmode behave a bit strange. This can not be changed without rewriting qmail. -- :wq Claudio
